• Offers structured plans for various health and wellbeing areas

YOU MUST:

• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical questions, conditions, or concerns
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received through the Service
• Consult your healthcare practitioner before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, or health program
• Follow the recommendations of your licensed healthcare practitioner, not Buddi

If you are using Buddi as a patient or individual:

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing
• You must continue to see your healthcare practitioners regularly
• You must follow the medical advice and treatment plans of your practitioners
• You must be honest about your health status and progress
• You must not use Buddi as a replacement for professional medical care

All content and materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Buddi and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscription Fees

• Fees are displayed on our website and in the Service
• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buddi regarding the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
